Dear IASAS Activities Directors and 2025 IASAS CC Music Teams,
As you may have heard, the opening of our new concert hall - which we had hoped would coincide with IASAS Music CC next week - has been postponed indefinitely. Although disappointing, this late breaking news has not dampened our enthusiasm about hosting you and your students in just a little over a week and to that end, I am writing with a few updates and requests.
UPDATES & DEADLINES

Due to the postponement of our new concert hall opening, the Festival Showcase on March 7th, and Festival Concert on March 8th will now be held in our CC Theater. Seating is limited and both events will be ticketed.
Please send me a list of parent attendees for both events by 12pm Friday, February 28th.
The Coaches's Dinner Meeting on March 5th is scheduled for 6:00pm at the Best Western Plus Grand Wanda Hotel.
We have also reserved forty places for a Coaches' Social at River Tree House on March 6th.
Please send me a list of who from your staff will be attending by 12pm Friday, February 28th.
Join us on Saturday following the Festival Concert for a no host toast at the Turtle Bar (near the hotel).

The website is still under construction, but fingers crossed, it should be open early next week!
