Dear IASAS Activities Directors and 2025 IASAS CC Music Teams,


Happy New Year! To those who responded to the IASAS Music CC 2025 Email #1 (see thread below) with the requested coaching and flight information, and for those who have already completed their team rosters, THANK YOU! As a reminder, rooms for the conference have been blocked on your behalf but not guaranteed. If you have not already done so, please complete the hotel reservation for your respective cohort no later than January 24th by writing to reservations@bwpluswandagrand.com and referencing booking number GA001127. *15.1 Cultural Convention, General Guidelines I. L. Proposals for rule changes should be submitted to the host AD at least one week prior to the start of the Cultural Convention. The proposals will be discussed at post-convention meetings. The written proposals should clearly articulate the change desired and record the vote of those coaches/sponsors present at the meeting. The proposals for changes must be submitted with the minutes of the post convention meetings to the IASAS Board for discussion at the April meeting.
